HOW DOES OUR MEMBERSHIP
MODEL WORK?

 

Your insurance is still billed for clinical care and routine exams, while the membership fee allows the practice to cap its patient roster at a fraction of standard sizes. This structure gives patients unhurried 30-to-60-minute visits, same-day scheduling, and direct provider communication without losing their insurance coverage for care. In addition to the membership fees, each member patient is still required to pay their usual insurance premiums, deductibles, and copays.

DO I STILL NEED healthcare INSURANCE?

 

Yes! All members except self-pay members are required to have health insurance to cover the cost of your visits, emergency care, hospitalizations, and specialist visits and you still need to pay any copay or co-insurance from your health care insurance plan. It is recommended for self-pay members to carry health insurance to cover emergency care, hospitalizations, and specialist visits.
