Our Services

PRIMARY
CARE

Personal care. Meaningful relationships. Primary care should give you space to ask questions, feel heard, and build a relationship with someone who understands your health. We provide routine wellness visits, coordination of recommended preventive screenings, chronic condition management, and care for new symptoms and illnesses. Whether you are managing a complex health concern or simply looking for a primary care home, our goal is to help you feel informed, supported, and comfortable seeking care.

WOMEN'S
HORMONAL HEALTH

Changes in your cycle, sleep, mood, or physical comfort can leave you wondering what is happening—and what might help. We look beyond a single symptom or lab result to understand your experience and discuss options that fit your needs. Our care includes support for perimenopause and menopause, PMS and PMDD, and fertility planning. Depending on your situation, your plan may include education, lifestyle adjustments, hormonal or nonhormonal medications, and coordination with specialists.

MEN'S
HORMONAL HEALTH

Thoughtful care for changes in energy, libido, and well-being. Changes in energy, sex drive, mood, or strength can leave you feeling unlike yourself. At Ascent, we take time to understand your symptoms and look at the full picture—including sleep, stress, medications, and overall health—to explore whether hormones may be playing a role. When appropriate, evaluation includes lab testing and a discussion of treatment options, including testosterone therapy for confirmed deficiency. Together, we consider your goals, fertility plans, and the potential benefits and risks, with ongoing monitoring to guide your care.

Gentle GYNEcology

Whether you are coming in for a routine screening or a new concern, you deserve care that is respectful, clear, and attentive to your comfort. At Ascent, we take time to understand your history and any concerns about exams or treatment. Your preferences matter, and you can ask to pause an exam at any time. Our sexual and reproductive health services include: routine gynecological exams and cervical cancer screening, breast exams when appropriate, birth control counseling and management, IUD insertion and removal, evaluation and treatment of sexually transmitted infections, evaluation and treatment of urinary tract infections, and gender-affirming care.

Metabolism &
Weight Management

Weight and metabolic health are influenced by many factors, including sleep, medications, hormones, nutrition, activity, and the demands of everyday life. Your goals might include improving metabolic health, building strength, feeling more comfortable in your body, or developing habits that are sustainable in your current season of life. Together, we create an individualized plan that may include nutritional counseling, movement recommendations, medication when appropriate, and collaboration with community providers. In-office InBody body composition scanning can offer additional information beyond weight alone and help guide conversations about progress.

Perinatal
Support

The transition into parenthood can bring joy, uncertainty, exhaustion, and unexpected challenges—sometimes all in the same day. At Ascent, we offer a welcoming place to ask questions, talk openly, and find practical guidance that fits your family. Whether you are navigating feeding concerns, disrupted sleep, or changes in your mood, we work with you to understand what is happening and identify helpful next steps. Alicia brings experience as an International Board-Certified Lactation Consultant, postpartum doula, and perinatal mental health provider, with additional training in sleep support.

IV Therapy

Questions about fatigue, hydration, or nutrient intake deserve a thoughtful assessment. At Ascent, we begin by discussing your symptoms, health history, medications, and goals to determine whether supplementation is appropriate and which approach makes sense. IV therapy and vitamin injections may be useful in selected circumstances, particularly when there is a clinical need for replacement or a concern about absorption. They are not a substitute for evaluating persistent symptoms, and more supplementation is not always better.

Ketamine
Treatment

When depression has not improved enough with standard treatment, considering another option can feel both hopeful and uncertain. At Ascent, we offer consultations to help you understand whether medically supervised IV ketamine may be appropriate for you. Before treatment, we review your medical and mental health history, current medications, potential risks, and goals. Treatment requires medical supervision and monitoring. Ketamine also carries risks of misuse and other complications, which we discuss during the consultation. We aim to provide a calm, supportive environment and encourage coordination with your existing mental health care team.

Neurotoxins

Feeling comfortable in your appearance is personal. At Ascent, we offer cosmetic neurotoxin treatments to soften the appearance of selected facial expression lines, with an approach guided by your goals and preferences. Your care begins with a consultation to discuss the areas you would like to address, your medical history, expected results, and potential side effects. We explain your options and develop a treatment plan together, with attention to the look you want to achieve. These services are available to established Ascent patients and people who receive their primary care elsewhere. Ascent patients receive a discount on treatment.
